Socialrob provides 100% digital services — hence, once an order is placed, it is processed automatically and cannot be reversed.
Please read our refund and refill terms carefully before purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made on Socialrob.com are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
Incorrect username, link, or account details provided by the user.
Account made private or inaccessible during delivery.
Content deleted, modified, or hidden before completion.
Orders completed as per specifications but not meeting user expectations.
Old followers or previous drops unrelated to the order placed.
Services delivered to the wrong profile due to user input errors.
If a user enters the wrong username or private account, the service will be delivered after correction, not refunded.
2. Delivery Errors & Corrections
In rare cases where delivery is delayed or partially completed, Socialrob will recheck and complete the remaining part of your order.
Orders are not eligible for refunds after delivery begins.
3. Refill Policy
All Socialrob services come with a Lifetime Refill Guarantee, ensuring long-term value.
If followers, likes, or views drop, users can request a refill anytime.
Refill is applicable only if:
The account remains public and unchanged.
The order was originally placed correctly through our system.
Drops occur due to natural engagement loss within supported limits.
Refill is not applicable if:
The account is changed to private.
Username, link, or post is modified or removed.
Account or content is banned, deleted, or restricted by Instagram.
Drops occur due to Instagram algorithm changes or third-party issues.
4. Refunds Due to Cancellations
If a service is delivered on wrong link/username entered by user no refunds will be made and link is visible to user in manage order page
If a service is canceled due to user error (private account, wrong username, etc.) but delivery was completed, no refund will be issued.
If Delivery is not done due to broken link , the same service will be re-delivered to the updated account or post.
