Where to Find Your UPI UTR Number

A UTR is the 12-digit reference number for a UPI payment. It proves your payment, and we use it to match your order.
Google Pay
Open the payment from your history. Look for UPI transaction ID.
PhonePe
Open History, then the payment. Look for UTR.
Paytm
Open Balance and History, then the payment. Look for UPI Ref No.
Labels can change. If you cannot find these words, look for the 12-digit number on the payment details page.
What a good screenshot shows
- The amount paid
- The date and time
- The 12-digit UTR
- Paid or Successful status
